We’re delighted that you’ve chosen to continue your learning journey with us. To make your enrolment as smooth as possible, we’ve put together a quick checklist of what you'll need.

The information you provide here helps us process your application and ensure you are on the right path for your chosen course.

Before you start, please have the following details ready to ensure a successful submission:

• Personal Information: Your basic details and National Insurance Number.
• Residency & Nationality: * British Citizens: A copy of your ID (e.g., Passport or Driving Licence).
• Non-British Citizens: A Share Code or your residency letter from the Home Office.
• Learning Support: Details of any disabilities or learning difficulties so we can support you effectively.
• Emergency Contact: Phone number, email, and address for your chosen contact.
• Employment & Benefits: Your current work hours/status and any benefit evidence (if you are applying for fee support).
• Employer Funding: A Sponsor Letter if your company is paying your course fees.

  Two important things to remember

• Stay active: For security reasons, this form will expire after 40 minutes starting from now. If you need to spend time collating the above information, you will need to relaunch this page again with your course(s).
• Click Submit: Your details won’t reach us until you click the Submit button at the very end of the form.
